Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are looking for a highly
organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to
join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. In this Contract to
permanent position, you will be responsible for maintaining
effective communication with Department of Motor Vehicles (DMVs)
and ensuring the accurate processing of documentation and accounts.
This role requires adaptability, efficiency, and a proactive
approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities: • Maintain consistent communication with DMV
offices to obtain updates on document submissions and resolve
inquiries. • Ensure all accounts are accurately documented with
clear status notes to provide transparency and understanding. •
Schedule and execute follow-ups to facilitate timely resolution of
outstanding accounts. • Assist in correcting titles and
registrations by gathering necessary information and addressing DMV
requirements. • Provide detailed breakdowns of title and
registration fees as needed. • Train new team members, sharing
knowledge to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the
department. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
to support team goals and achieve account resolutions. • Monitor
reports and requests to ensure tasks are completed accurately and
efficiently.• Previous experience in customer service, preferably
in a call center or similar fast-paced environment. • Proficiency
in Microsoft Word and Excel to manage and document workflows. •
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle
multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills,
both written and verbal, to interact effectively with DMVs and team
members. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and
solve problems proactively. • Demonstrated reliability and
efficiency in meeting deadlines. • Experience training or mentoring
new employees is a plus. • Familiarity with title and registration
processes is desirable but not required.
