Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Contract -
Remote UK or London Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and design
tailored recruiting strategies
Develop proactive sourcing approaches to build robust pipelines for
technical roles
Manage the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring a best-in-class
candidate experience
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of in-house technical recruiting experience
Prior agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred
Proven success in sourcing and closing top technical talent
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Strong data-driven mindset comfortable using metrics to refine
recruiting strategies
