Job TitleGeneral Manager (CRE)Job Description SummaryResponsible for managing the Property Management staff, overseeing a significant portfolio of properties, and serving as the primary contact for third-party relationships.Job Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and oversee the property management operations.
• Develop and implement policies and strategies for property management.
• Lead and support the Property Management team, fostering career development.
• Monitor budget variances and manage recovery processes.
• Oversee billing, payments, and disbursements.
• Manage cash flow and ensure efficient financial operations.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and other documentation for owners.
• Ensure timely collection of management fees and reimbursements.
• Maintain compliance with contracts and reporting requirements with third-party owners.
• Resolve tenant issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Oversee construction projects, including contract approval and invoice processing.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, and regulations.Key Competencies

• Financial knowledgeEducation RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.Experience RequirementsMinimum of 5 years in real estate property management or related experience.Additional Qualifications
  • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred.
  • Real estate license required.
  • Strong financial and operational knowledge.
  • Proven management and team development experience.
  • Experience with commercial lease and contract negotiations.
