This role will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and executing initiatives to drive mutual value and success.Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development plans.
  • Build relationships with potential partner organizations.
  • Manage One Park's referral program as a subchannel within Business Development.
  • Lead negotiations and execute partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partner relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Track and report on partnership initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events.Requirements
    • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish).
    • Extensive travel to target markets to build local relationships.
    • Proven track record in business development or partnership roles in fintech or financial services.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Strategic mindset with results orientation.
    • Project management skills.
    • Entrepreneurial initiative.
    • Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
    • Knowledge of small business financing is a plus.
