Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Instructor - Immunohematology
Testing.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate synchronous and asynchronous virtual instruction to
create an engaging learning environment
Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance the online
learning experience
Monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback to support
individual learning needs
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of biomedical industry experience, with a bachelor's
degree or post-secondary training in immunohematology testing
Credentialed as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) and certified
as a Specialist in Blood Banking Technology (SBB)
Proven experience in virtual or online instruction with expertise
in creating effective learning environments
Strong command of virtual classroom technologies and learning
management systems (LMS)
Demonstrated ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse
learners
