Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Our Firms: Our Florida based Tax
Law and CPA firms are seeking a dynamic and business
development-oriented Associate or Senior Associate Tax Attorney to
become a key member of our team! The ideal candidate will also be a
CPA; or at a minimum have a deep background in financial analysis.
You will work directly with the senior partner/firm owner to
represent ultra-high net worth clients in all forms of income tax
and multi-generational estate and gift tax planning. One to four
years of specific experience in these areas is strongly required.
However, we will consider recent law school LLM in Taxation
graduates (eligible for Florida Bar admission) with some prior
background in tax consulting. LLM in Taxation candidates will be
given top priority. You will be responsible for complex legal
drafting, research, and writing in the areas of inter vivos and
testamentary estate, gift and generation skipping tax planning. You
will also work daily in many forms of individual, corporate and
partnership income tax planning. We provide services throughout the
US to successful closely held businesses and their owners and
families, as well as "C Suite Executives", so you must be well
versed in all aspects of both business and personal income tax
planning. You will also be responsible for entity formation, state
registrations, and regulatory compliance related to corporate and
partnership law. You will be establishing and maintaining our
clients' partnerships, corporations, not for profits, trusts, and
other legal entities. Florida Bar membership is required, or you
must have the ability to obtain such licensure within six months.
Through our partner's separate CPA firm and other affiliations, we
also provide financial accounting and bookkeeping, tax compliance
services, and annual income tax and financial planning. While you
will not be working directly in this area of our practice, a strong
preference will be given to a candidate who is a CPA or has an
impressive financial background, including experience with
financial modeling and projections using a variety of income tax
and estate tax planning software applications. Our team utilizes
these financial modeling skill sets in virtually every client
engagement, so this is also a job requirement. Please demonstrate
all these qualifications in your cover letter. Opportunities for
growth are significant, including the possibility of leading or
being a partner in this sophisticated tax practice, in just a few
years. An Associate or Senior Tax Attorney candidate who is highly
motivated to develop new business will be given top preference. You
will be using multiple contacts of your own, as well as the
extensive contacts and resources of the firm's owner, to develop
new business. Please emphasize your abilities and interest in
developing business in your cover letter. A short-term path to
partnership and ownership is possible based on your practice
development efforts. Compensation listed is a Base Salary. Your
overall compensation may be significantly higher with both a
portable book of business and more experience. In addition,
significant bonuses will be possible based on results from your own
revenue generating business and client development efforts. Our Tax
Attorney Associates can generate additional revenue streams and
personal compensation from services provided through numerous
affiliations we have outside of our CPA and law firms (including
investment banking, asset management and RIAs, and alternative
investment fund design and management firms). Responsibilities and

tax planning software. Advise clients on business and legal
transactions. Negotiate and coordinate with the Internal Revenue

business development related matters. Ability to build rapport with
clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated desire and motivation to develop new business in the
areas of tax law, CPA services, and related wealth preservation and
enhancement businesses. Demonstrated desire and motivation to

Company Description We are a very sophisticated boutique tax
consulting practice. We provide both income tax and inter vivos
estate and gift tax planning to ultra-high net worth clientele. We
do not provide any tax compliance, probate, trust administration or
litigation services, as this is strictly an income tax and estate,
gift and GST tax consulting firm. All members of our team work
directly with the Managing Partner. They also work directly with
our highly successful business-owning clients and their families,
as well as "C Suite" executives. We also collaborate and often
jointly serve clients alongside numerous professional advisors
throughout the US, each of which also serve the ultra-high net
worth market. These include RIAs and asset management firms,
smaller CPA and law firms, top level insurance advisors, investment
bankers and other merger and acquisition firms, and valuation
specialists. We are a business development focused firm that
provides "white glove" service to our clientele. Our team members
relish developing cutting edge tax strategies in both the income
tax and estate and gift tax planning fields. We are truly one of
the premier boutique firms of this type in the United States. This
opportunity would be ideal for a business development-oriented
Associate Tax Attorney that wishes to build their own legacy. We
provide lucrative compensation opportunities well beyond the base
salary, which is directly related to your successes in developing
clients and project opportunities. This is not a position for an
associate who wants to be handed most of your tasks and
assignments. Rather, entrepreneurship and business development is a
hallmark of our practice. Much of our compensation model is built
on this strategy and it has worked very well. This is a great
opportunity to build your tax law and CPA practice side by side
with a senior level tax partner who has built and led multiple
national and regional tax and wealth planning practices of this
type. Company Description We are a very sophisticated boutique tax
