Midwestern IT is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Financial Analyst to support our client's financial planning and analysis activities. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with numbers and financial data.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and generate insights
Monitor key financial metrics and prepare ad hoc financial reports as needed
Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data within systems


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
0 2 years of experience in a financial analysis or accounting role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Eligibility Requirements: Must be one of the following: U.S. Citizen
Green Card Holder
GC EAD
H4 EAD
